Hotel reservations
Preferred Hotel Reservations is the official housing agent for TOPdesk International Week 2024. We kindly ask you to make your reservation online via this platform.

Deadline for signing up: May 10th, 2024.

Before signing up, there are a few things you need to be aware of:

For this year's International Week, we booked the Leeuwenhorst Hotel in Noordwijkerhout. The program of the International Week will also take place right here and will be announced soon.
Rooms can be booked in duos. There is a limited number of rooms available. However, if for whatever reason you don’t feel comfortable with sharing a room, it is still an option to book a room for just yourself.
In case you want to arrive earlier or stay longer in The Netherlands, please discuss with your Talent Lead or Managing Director an appropriate amount of days to stay at the cost of TOPdesk. We have now participated in everyone arriving a maximum of one day before their program starts. In case your arrival/departure date is before or after 9-18 June, get in contact with Preferred to discuss your options.
Deadline for booking: May 10th, 2024. In case you sign up past this deadline, be aware that we cannot guarantee you a hotel room.

Please do not contact your confirmed hotel directly until 2 weeks before the start of the congress, when the reservation data are transferred to the hotel.
