Hotel reservations Preferred Hotel Reservations is the official housing agent for U21 Health Science. We offer you special rates and conditions at the hotels listed below. You can click on your preferred hotel from the list to book your room. You do not have to login, you will receive login details after you made your reservation. You will need these login details in case you need to change or cancel your booking. We ask for your credit card details to guarantee the reservation in case of late cancellation or no-show, payment itself will be settled in the hotel. Please be aware that a limited amount of rooms are booked in the hotels. Two weeks prior to the start of the congress all not yet booked rooms will be released. We recommend you to book your room as soon as possible. |
